The spirit of teamwork, partnership and the approachable and open members of the Board create a very friendly atmosphere. We provide access to necessary tools, including specialist literature. Our employees can attend English and German language courses free of charge and with a MultiSport Plus member card they can keep themselves in good shape. During the workday, in between performing project tasks, there is always time for a coffee break, going out for lunch or a quick chat with colleagues. We also remember about the importance of integration after work. We do know how to make team-building events enjoyable and creative – over the years, we have created a crew of professional filmmakers and a team of crazy car designers. We are a great team full of interesting personalities.
